An interesting exchange on Facebook is reproduced below regarding some Councils' determination to evict persons convicted of involvement in the recent UK riots. Wandsworth Council want to evict an entire family whose son was found guilty of involvement in the Clapham Junction looting.
One wonders what long-term good such a local authority imagines will come from this. Will they make an underclass intimidated into passivity and obedience, however grudging?
Is satisfying the understandable cries for punitive action from shopkeepers and a rattled middle class wise if this action strays into the realms of collective punishment, a point Jim Murphy fairly raises below?
For myself, even if a convicted person is the only one evicted, this strategy makes no sense. Deprive the underclass of even a place to live? I can think of no better way of creating genuinely terrifying psychopaths.
Anyone paying attention to the crimes of the elite (and the cover-up of these crimes by parliament and the media) knows very well that the sickness at the bottom of society is a manifestation of a much greater sickness at the top.
Bearing in mind the unwillingness of our entire parliament, even the old icons of the left like Diane Abbott, who rose to prominence on the back of the Hackney riots, to see itself as part of (never mind the source of) the problem, might we not expect with absolute certainty that a similar sickness will manifest itself later....more than likely on a much larger scale. The middle classes, whose children cannot afford to get a mortgage on a place to live and who are being inducted into massive debt before they even start their working lives will become heavily involved.
When this time comes, and it will, more than sports and mobile phone shops will have cause to worry.

The Geneva Conventions though only apply in times of war, including civil war. What happened at the weekend was neither despite some of the participants believing so apparently. Tenancy agreements however, were almost certainly broken.

It is less about the applicability of the legislation and more about the moral imperative. The ban on collective punishment in the Geneva Convention is designed to combat the once widely accepted concept of reprisal or revenge to look at it in its proper context. An eye for an eye is not part of the Christian tradition which has been the bedrock of our laws and culture for centuries. In short, this is anti-Christian and should be recognised as such.

I believe that in most American cities, section 8 housing complexes require the expulsion of entire family for drug and gang violations, so are we not also in violation of the Geneva conventions?

I can't see any racial stuff in the comments. If you're not printing them Kevin, then I'm afraid to tell you that you'll have no moral highground when it comes to defending liberty, which is pretty much what you do on this blog. It's hypocrisy. Freedom of speech, regardless whether you agree with it is liberty. As soon as we oppress people's freedom to speak freely (censorship as you are doing) we become no different than those who are controlling us.

This guy's angry, when so is everyone. He's brought race into this discussion in the video. He's mentioned 'reminds me of slavery' when what does he know of it? He's 46 for crying out loud! The slave trade had already been long buried!
What I see is an angry man. An angry socialist to be precise. An angry Jamaican origin black man, who doesn't realise that although born in the UK, it won't make him English. I agree with what you say about Jewish influence. I have put up many posts about it. However, it does no good to be obsessed with this issue.

WE are all involved in this and riots like this are a manifestation of our collective mindset and the selfish compromises most of us make. We could all be Brian Haws but we're not.

I am currently unemployed and looking for work. At my age it is very hard to get. However, I'm advertised on a tutor site. I got a phone call offering me an interview for a very good job in a Jewish private school a few weeks ago, indicating that I would likely get the job. This was a shocking thing to me because private schools get dozens of applications for every advertised post, this is NEVER the way a teacher gets appointed and....oh....I'm not Jewish. The motive behind this very weird approach was, I believe, sinister. After very short reflection I cancelled the interview.

The riots started in London because of the police shooting of Duggan, a mixed race man, not a black or a white man. This is important. They also went on the riot because many have the 'I don't give a sh*t' attitude and rightly so. They see no future. They know that the best they're going to get work wise is probably burger flipping, if they can that is. They have no hope. They are reading between the lines and seeing that corporate crime, banking and political crime continues to grow, along with the cost of living. They see what the reality is about life.
Non whites, as I said have purposefully been brought in for three specific reasons - racial and cultural genocide, deliberate lowering of the minimum wage and increase in population to make jobs scarce and they will riot unlike the indigenous peoples.

I've taught a lot of these kids. Some are hard to like but they look at unemployed older siblings, they look at where they are stuck and know they'll stay. There is no life and little hope for so many of them. Drugs and crime beckon. They have to be very strong to turn away from all that and accept (usually) a minimum wage job.

I mention migration because of the damning nature of it. Not only does it remove peoples from their own lands, but causes conflicts when they arrive on new shores. As Alan Watt stated in the last couple of broadcasts (I'm sure you've heard of him) is that Britain purposefully advertised in far away lands of coming to the UK and living off the benefits system. Where in the hell was the MSM's reporting of this? Where was the government's admittance?
I find the whole thing deplorable.
As I said in a previous reply (not here), young women have a choice of standing on their feet for £40 a day or £150 an hour for lying on their back. The immoral society beckons, no different to the German women, living in desperation in the Weimar republic after WW1, doing degrading sex acts on stage. It still happens to this day.
I lived in London and the gang situation was terrible. I knew of young lads who would be beaten up regularly for not joining, offered gifts and if they still refused, told their mum's and sisters would be gang raped. This is the result of much and sadly it is also the result of African migration. This is clash of cultures and the elites knew what the outcome would be. Once they've demolished the white North, they'll smash the black south, currently destroying the Asian (Islamic lands) people in the east. And yet very few people have a clue as to what's going on.
Good luck with finding a job. It's tough and is only going to get tougher.

The main problem with the riots in Britain is that there is no focus point for the disenfranchised to rally around therefore only mindless violence has occurred. The upshot to these riots is that the Powers that rule Britain will instigate more fascist solutions and many of the people will believe that it is a good thing. Wake up people!
