The Pope In The Synagogue

Pope Benedict XVI visits Rome synagogue, 23 years after John Paul II

These visits puzzle me. Orthodox Judaism is the written version (first written shortly after 70AD) of the Oral tradition that was practiced by the Pharisees during Christ's lifetime.

Christ condemned this sect. He said the Pharisees were "Of Satan". He said, "It is you that murdered the prophets."

This religion practices the 'golden rule' between Jews only. Non-Jews are 'goyim' or 'cattle'. Why does the Pope play footsie with a group that calls humanity outside Judaism 'sub-human'?

Should he not be challenging their faith and philosophy, as Christ did?

Is the Catholic Church being Judaised?....or has this process been going on for decades? Did it begin in 1958 as Piers Compton alleges.

There is not much sign that Judaism (or its political aspect, Zionism) is being Christianised.

That's for sure.
